Big O Tires

"I cannot recommend this shop enough! This is the second time I have come here for a new set of tires, and the service has been outstanding both times. Last year, they took care of my 2017 330i, and they were completely honest—they identified some underlying problems and resolved them for me. I just brought in my 2017 GTI, which you can see in picture to get it ready for my upcoming Canada trip. Once again, I received great advice and excellent recommendations. A huge thank you to Chris Turow, the store manager for doing such an awesome job. If you are looking for a reliable, honest place to take your vehicle, this is definitely the spot."

I had an excellent experience at Big O Tires thanks to Chris Turow. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Chris made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The service was prompt, honest, and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Big O Tires to anyone looking for quality work and great customer care. Thank you, Chris!

Went to get my truck serviced. The lady at the front desk was very respectful and helped me with a great discount. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall. The technicians took the time to make sure my truck was running smoothly. Highly recommend them. 👍🏻

Stopped in due to a slow leak in my tire. Was greeted by the most friendly person named Chris. They found I had a nail in my tire and were able to patch it in less than 20 minutes. I was ecstatic over such great service. I have been to Firestone and Les Schwab in the past and the experience I had at Big O blows those other guys away. This place is a hidden gem. If u know u know. Ill be recommending to all my friends and co-workers. Dont sleep on Big O!

This shop is a hidden jewel. The manager Chris and the owner Dean are always so helpful. Me and my family take all our cars here. I had a nail in my tire last night. I could even hear the air coming out and was able to drop it off at the shop after hours. The next morning when the shop opened they fixed it for me in 90 minutes. They are both very nice people and strive to make their costumers feel good when you walk out the door. Thanks again 😊
